Analysis
Former 3 star recruit out of Maple Mountain High School in Spanish Fork, Utah. Was recruited by BYU and Utah heavily. Ended up choosing BYU. Has also played baseball for the Cougars. On pace to break passing records for BYU. 63.9% completion percentage last season with an adjusted percentage is 72.9%. Only threw five interceptions last season, doesn’t make a lot of plays that can cause turnovers. Shows a lot of upside, but will be knocked for being an older player. Currently 24 years old with another full season to play before the NFL. Mobile QB that can easily maneuver around the pocket and make throws on the run. Has issues with putting touch on the ball at times. There are moments where he can overthrow his receivers or put the ball too high where his receivers could get hurt, and I have questions about his ball speed. The ball doesn’t exactly jump out of his hand. All this to say, Hall does have NFL potential for the NFL but there are some things holding him back from being a top prospect.
